PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Gardner Family Irrevocable Trust, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the removal of asphalt, excavation, replacement and restoration of existing culvert and associated piping at 247 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014, at 7:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
